Do I have to show a printed copy of my ticket or can I show the electronic ticket on a mobile device?
We understand the importance technology has in our daily life and we are working on implementing an e-ticket system but, for the moment, you should always print your ticket and exchange it for the real ones at destination.

How can I modify my booking?
We will be happy to modify your reservation for other date or hour, as long as we have availability the desired day or time. In order to do so, please contact us through the website contact form or any other mean like telephone or email.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once the booking process is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with a link to your tickets, that need to be printed and exchanged for the real ones once arrived in Sintra.
Why should I buy my tickets in advance?
We recommend to get the tickets in advance to guarantee availability and a good price. Tickets are limited and very popular so secure them as soon as possible!
